Software for private medical practices, pharmacy systems, dental groups, lab and veterinary operators.

02  /  What we know

What we know about healthcare

Healthcare delivery as a regulated business operation. The team has built and supported software across private medical practices, community pharmacy chains, dental groups, private testing laboratories and veterinary practices — practice management, appointment scheduling, patient or client records, dispensing, billing, charting.

These environments share a strict compliance posture. GDPR and data protection sit on top of professional regulator requirements — GPhC for pharmacy, GDC for dental, RCVS for veterinary, CQC where it applies — alongside dispensing standards, FMD for medicines verification, and the day-to-day integration with payment processors, accounting systems and clinical equipment.

Tech stacks vary by sub-sector but the common shape is .NET / SQL Server with modern web front-ends, secure document and image storage, and the API plumbing to whichever practice-management or dispensing platform the operator already runs.

Patient-facing software is increasingly mobile. We build apps for private practices and pharmacy operators — appointment booking, prescription requests, repeat-medicine ordering, secure document delivery — with the consent and data-protection flows that GDPR and the professional regulators expect. Capacitor-based iOS / Android sharing a codebase with the patient-portal web side.

Anonymised, because we have to be. The kind of system, for the kind of business, and what it had to do.

05  /  Questions

Common questions, answered plainly.

01 Do you build software for private medical practices?
Yes. Practice management, appointment scheduling, patient records and billing, designed around the realities of private practice and the professional regulators that oversee it.
02 Do you work with pharmacy operators?
Yes. Dispensing systems, stock control, FMD compliance, audit trails and the integration with point-of-sale and accounting platforms that pharmacy chains depend on.
03 Do you work with dental and veterinary practices?
Yes. Appointment booking, charting, imaging, prescribing and billing — the day-to-day software that runs the practice, with the professional regulator (GDC, RCVS) requirements designed in rather than bolted on.
04 How do you handle patient and client data under GDPR?
Data protection is a design constraint from day one. Access is scoped at the data layer, every read and write is logged with the actor and timestamp, retention policies are enforced in the database, and subject access requests are answered by the system rather than by a manual export.
05 Are you UK-based?
Yes, we operate from Scotland and work with UK private healthcare operators.
